Information Ministry Holds Religious Ceremony for First Day of Kan Ben Festival at North Chin Dam Dek Pagoda

Minister of Information H.E. Neth Pheaktra (L, Pic. 1) and his spouse, as well as Lok Chumteav Khieu Tep Rainsy Kanharith, spouse of H.E. Khieu Kanharith, a Lawmaker, light candles while they and the Ministry of Information’s officials were holding a religious ceremony for the first day of Kan Ben Festival, which will begin tomorrow and last for 14 days, at North Chin Dam Dek pagoda in Phnom Penh this afternoon.
